Tax-Exempt Status of the Purple Martin Association of the Dakotas

The Purple Martin Association of the Dakotas is recognized as exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This designation allows contributions made to our organization to be deductible under Section 170 of the Code, providing a tax benefit to our generous donors.

Additionally, we are qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Sections 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the Code. This means that supporters can contribute to our mission in various ways, ensuring that their gifts have a lasting impact.
