Nonprofit Status Update

Effective March 7, 2012, the Purple Martin Association of the Dakotas officially became a nonprofit corporation in North Dakota. We are proud to operate as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This status allows us to focus on our mission of conserving Purple Martins and educating the public about their importance, while also enabling our supporters to make tax-deductible contributions.
