First ever PM window strike (fatal)!

Was watching my colony when all birds flushed from housing and feeders. Immediately after flush ASYM hit bedroom window and was killed. He was in great shape. Would have been flying around trees in yard trying to escape something. I have Merlins. Sharpshined and Coopers here on a daily basis. I really hate when they cause me to lose a PM. A couple more ASYF's here today.

Yes that is a sad day. I too had an ASY male who struck my ground level patio door a few years back.
